Walk & Talk

The best conversations rarely happen in a room. During a Walk & Talk session, we’ll walk side-by-side, often in nature, giving us a relaxed, non-clinical environment, allowing you to open up more naturally and speak freely about what’s on your mind.

This method removes any pressure that can be felt when talking on a one-two-one basis in clinical environments. It helps you think more clearly whilst also moving. You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded.
