WHAT IS A "MEN'S MOT?"

I want all men to be at their best. If for whatever reason you're not feeling at your best, you may well require an overhaul. The MEN's MOT is exactly that.

We'll look at ALL areas of your life to ensure you're firing on all cylinders. We'll go under the bonnet, check your fuel systems and ensure you're tracking on the right road. OK, enough of the motoring analogies for now. I've created a Framework that enables you to find out why you're not feeling that great. Unfulfilled, Tired, Unmotivated, Selfish, Not Worthy, Doubting Your Own Abilities, and More.

Together we'll look at your Health, Relationships, Work, and everything else that feeds into this. What you're eating, drinking and doing in your spare time are all factors that contribute towards you feeling the way that you do.

WHY DO I NEED ONE?

All of these things have an influence on how well you feel and how well you perform, at work as well as at home. It is REALLY important for us to understand EVERY aspect of your life so that I can give you the guidance and potential diagnosis that will set you on the right path.

You're 'living it' and men in your position can often become blind to what is holding them back from feeling good. That's where I step in.

I'm not an expert in everything though, so when we get to the root cause or causes, I will continue to support you but I'll also get you the expert help that you need.

We'll get together for about an hour. The Framework is very thorough, so we need the time to cover a lot of ground to ensure we don't miss anything.

We'll do this privately (not in a pub or a cafe). This gives you the opportunity to get everything off your chest . It's a form of therapy and a safe space to do that.

What we talk about goes no further; our conversation will be private and confidential, it has to be to help you build the trust required to allow me in to your world so that I can help YOU better understand it.
