This is my most comprehensive one-off session for men who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or out of alignment. We’ll take a deep dive into your life looking at your health, relationships, work and direction. We'll do this by using my proven framework to identify what’s going on beneath the surface. By the end of the session, you’ll have clarity, practical next steps, and a renewed sense of control. This is ideal if you want a reset, an honest perspective, and a clear way forward.
Sometimes the best conversations don’t happen in a room. In a Walk & Talk session, we’ll walk side-by-side in a relaxed, non-clinical environment, allowing you to open up more naturally and speak freely about what’s on your mind. This approach to men’s mental health and wellbeing removes pressure and helps you think more clearly while moving. You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded.
I work one-to-one with men who want more from life. More clarity, more purpose, and more control. While I prefer the term mentoring, coaching is the language most people understand. These sessions allow us to go deeper, helping you understand your patterns, make better decisions, and take consistent action. This isn’t about quick fixes.
